FloorFlow · warehouse floor planner
FloorFlow lets depot and warehouse managers draw their floor to scale, try new layouts by drag and drop, and watch a simulated shift — so you know where it jams and how many sorters you need.
The belt is full — 2 drivers are waiting to put boxes down.
Numbers from the live demo below — a made-up depot with 6 drivers and 2 sorters.
The problem
Cages, bays and lanes get moved on the night, then moved back when it doesn't work. Every failed try costs a shift.
How many sorters keep up with the drivers? Most sites find out the hard way — when the belt backs up.
A cage in front of a fire exit or a forklift parked in a walkway is easy to miss on a busy floor.
Live demo
This is the real app with a made-up depot. Press ▶ Simulate, then drag a cage closer to the belt or add a sorter, and run it again.
Start the live demoBest on a laptop or desktop. On a phone or tablet the demo opens in a new tab.
What it does
Enter the size in metres, join floor areas for L or T shapes, and drag doors onto the walls — they snap into place.
Vans, trucks, bulk cages, roll cages, pallets, racking, forklifts, walkways and people. Resize, rotate, group and lock.
Drivers unload vans, boxes ride the conveyor, sorters fill the cages. See boxes per hour, where it jams, and how long until every van is empty.
FloorFlow suggests how many sorters keep up with your drivers — and shows what changes when you move the cages.
Flags anything in a door's keep-clear zone, on a conveyor, outside the walls, or overlapping something else.
Save ideas as proposals without touching the main plan, go back to any saved version, and share a PNG or a layout file.
How it works
Width and length, then drag on roller doors, fire exits, conveyors and columns.
Add vans, cages and people from the library. Checks flag problems as you go.
Run a shift, change one thing, run it again. Save the winner as a proposal for your manager.
Pilot program
We're taking on a small number of pilot sites — courier and parcel depots, 3PL warehouses and distribution centres.
Questions
No. FloorFlow runs in any modern browser — Chrome or Edge work best. There's also an offline version that runs from a single file, with no internet connection needed.
On your own computer, in your browser. Nothing is uploaded to us. To share a plan, you download an image or a layout file and send it yourself.
It's a planning aid, not a guarantee. It uses your layout and the timings you set — belt speed, seconds per box, boxes per van — so it's best at comparing layouts side by side: same inputs, different floor.
Yes. You enter real measurements in metres. During a pilot we map your site for you from a drawing or photos.
It depends on how many sites you have. Request a pilot and we'll talk it through — no obligation.
